Accessibility

Accessibilitystatement.

How this site is built to be usable, what we have tested, and how to tell us when we have got it wrong.

Our commitment

The Mazi Group wants everyone to be able to use this website and our webshops, including people using a screen reader, navigating by keyboard only, or relying on magnification, high contrast or voice control. We aim for conformance with WCAG 2.2 level AA, the standard underpinning both the European Accessibility Act and ADA practice in the United States.

What we have done

This site has been tested with automated accessibility testing across every page, on desktop and mobile. All text meets the required contrast ratio, every interactive element is reachable and operable by keyboard, there is a visible focus indicator and a skip link to the content, images carry descriptive alternative text, and touch targets are large enough on mobile devices. Motion respects the system setting for reduced motion.

What is not fully there yet

The Belgian webshop is in development and will be tested against the same standard before launch. Where we rely on third-party services such as payment modules or review widgets, we depend on the accessibility of those providers. We test them and raise issues where they fall short.

Reporting a problem

If you encounter a barrier on this site or in our webshop, tell us through the contact page. Mention the page and what went wrong. We reply within five working days and will look for a fix or an alternative way to help you.

Applicable regulation

As a company selling to consumers in both the European Union and the United States, we take account of the European Accessibility Act and its Belgian implementation, and of the Americans with Disabilities Act. This statement is reviewed on every significant change to the site, and at least annually. Last updated: August 2026.
