The Team
Leadership.The people behind the group.
Five industries, two continents, one team, led from Miami and Belgium.
Who leads what
Three groups,one line of authority.
The people below are grouped by the authority they hold. Executive and group leadership set direction for the holding and for the five companies under it. Operating leadership runs the functions those companies use every day. Advisors bring expertise from outside the group and are consulted rather than in command.
Group leadership sits in two places: Miami, where the company was incorporated in 2019, and Belgium, where the European market is run.
This page names the people who lead the group. It is not a staff list, and colleagues who do not carry group responsibility are not published here.

Group and company
What the holding holds, and what the companies run.
Titles explain only so much. What settles who leads what is where a thing is held. Some of it belongs to the holding, for all five companies at once. The rest belongs to the company that faces the market.
The filling plant in Indianapolis and the bulk production in Miami are the group's own, with capacity for 200,000 units per 30 days. A Belgian factory is still to come.
Formulas are developed in the group's own laboratory. No company in the portfolio has to build a laboratory of its own.
Regulatory work, quality standards, the ingredient policy and the supplier code of conduct are set at holding level and apply to every company. The corporate policy register is published in full: 52 policies across 10 domains.
A proprietary platform built for the group, monitoring sales, stock, production, supply chain and financials in real time.
Nationwide delivery in the United States through a partner network, plus partner warehouses across the EU.
Brand, pricing, channels and customers stay with the company. Five companies sell into five different markets, and those calls are made where the market is.
