Growing Together

Investors &partners.

Five operating companies across five industries, its own production in the United States, and markets on four continents.

Ownership

Privately held.Figures are not published.

The Mazi Group is privately held and does not publish revenue, valuation or ownership figures.

It was funded first by a loan against a family home, then by what its own brands sold.

What can be checked is published in full: the production base, the policy register, the insurance, the certifications and the compliance framework. The financial detail sits behind an NDA and goes to parties who have a reason to see it.

Structure

A privately held holding company. Five operating companies sit under it, each with its own market, team and commercial decisions.

Jurisdiction

Registered in Florida and incorporated in Miami in 2019. Head office and bulk production in Miami, filling plant in Indianapolis, Indiana, with operations in China and Europe.

Capital

Funded first by a loan against a family home, then by what its own brands sold.

Disclosure

No revenue, valuation or ownership figures appear on this site. Financial detail is shared in a structured briefing, under NDA.

Portfolio & structure

The portfolio, and how it is held.

Diversification here is structural. Five companies sell into five different markets, so no single category, channel or customer decides how the year goes.

Each company carries its own brand, its own team and its own commercial decisions. The costly layer underneath is built once: formulation, filling, quality control, regulatory work, fulfilment and the platform that monitors all of it.

Three of the five companies were built inside the group rather than acquired. Upvendo grew out of technology Mazi Beauty had already built.

01
Mazi Beauty
Clean skincare, the founding company. B2B and distribution in the United States since 2019, direct to the customer and to Belgian pharmacies from 2026.
02
On The Go
Hygiene and hand care. Started as the pivot that kept the company alive through Covid, and still a volume business.
03
Upvendo
Self-order kiosks and ordering software for hospitality. Built inside the group for its own use, proven on restaurant floors, then sold on its own to restaurants and QSR operators.
04
Glam Switch
Hair care technology for professionals, from the Hair Health Scan diagnostics to the styling devices built around it.
05
Bella Gloss
Luxury cosmetics, produced on the group's own lines.
06
The holding
Above all of it sits the holding: production, the R&D laboratory, formula IP, regulatory compliance, insurance, fulfilment contracts and the Global Monitor System.

Investment philosophy

Built,not bought.

The group's default is to build. When a capability is missing, it is developed inside an existing company first, proven with real customers, and only then given a business of its own. Upvendo, Glam Switch and Bella Gloss all came out of the group that way.

Growth follows the same order. Capacity, formulation and compliance come before campaigns. The money has gone into a plant, a laboratory and a policy framework rather than into launch budgets, and that is where it goes next.

The briefing opens when a party arrives with a specific thesis: a market, a channel, a capability or a route to distribution the group does not already have. An approach without one gets a short answer.

01
Build before buy
A missing capability is developed inside an existing company, proven with real customers, and only then given a business of its own.
02
Own the layer underneath
Production, the R&D laboratory, formula IP, compliance and the Global Monitor System sit at holding level, so no company pays to build them twice.
03
Spend on production
Money goes into plant, formulation and compliance rather than into campaigns.

Growth areas

Where thenext growth comes from.

These are the areas taking capacity and capital now. Where a date appears, it is the date the group is working to, not a forecast.

01
Belgium and Europe
In 2026 a new launch comes to Belgium and Europe. Mazi Beauty returns to the pharmacy channel with the Red Algae Reviving Eye Serum, made in Belgium, launching in August 2026.
02
The pharmacy channel
Around forty locations across Flanders are expected to carry the full assortment with a skin-analysis kiosk by mid-2027, while the eye serum itself is expected in more than 500 pharmacies.
03
Direct to the customer
The American business was built B2B, selling to local retailers and distributors in volume. Since 2025 the group has been moving towards the customer directly, and in Belgium it sells direct from the first order.
04
Upvendo
Self-order kiosks and ordering software sold on their own, to restaurants and QSR operators, and coming to Belgium with the rest of the group.
05
Belgian production
Belgian production is the next step, with a factory to come. Until it runs, filling stays in Indianapolis and bulk production in Miami.
06
Canada and Latin America
Active direct-to-consumer e-commerce in both, with distribution partnerships in Canada.

Governance

Written down.Signed off. Published.

Policy is set at holding level and board-approved. It applies to every company in the group and to the suppliers who work with them. Where a market imposes a stricter requirement, the stricter requirement applies.

The register is published rather than summarised. Fifty-two policies across ten domains, from financial controls and data privacy to risk management and international operations, each one available as a PDF on this site.

The rest of the framework is built the same way. Formulas are developed in the group's own laboratory and protected physically and digitally. Liability coverage runs up to a $10M umbrella policy. Regulatory compliance is documented for the markets the group sells into.
